It applies to engaged couples who are club members, partner vendors, and anyone who visits the site or contacts us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have drafted it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, known as &quot;GDPR&quot;), Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, and the recommendations of the CNIL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is responsible for your data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data controller is the company <strong>Collection OUI<\/strong>, SASU with a capital of \u20ac50, registered with the RCS of Aix-en-Provence under number 105 562 870, whose registered office is located at 13 rue Albert Notari, 13730 Saint-Victoret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any questions about your data or to exercise your rights, write to us at <a href=\"mailto:mariage@collectionoui.fr\">mariage@collectionoui.fr<\/a> or by mail to the above address. Collection OUI has not appointed a data protection officer, as this appointment is not mandatory for its business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The data we process and why<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only collect the data necessary for each specific use. Required fields are indicated on the forms; without them, we cannot process your request. None of your data is sold, rented, or given away for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your member account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> name, first name, display name, email address, password (saved in encrypted form, which we cannot read), account creation date.<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> create and manage your space, log in, and access member-only content.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> the performance of the contract that binds us when you create an account (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> as long as your account is open. An account with no login or purchase for three years, and whose Pass has expired, will be deleted after a warning email. You can also request to close your account at any time.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your purchases: OUI Pass, OUI Collection Pack and gift cards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> name, surname, billing address and, for the Pack, delivery address, email address, telephone number, contents and amount of the order, date, payment method used, order history, and for a gift card the name and email of the recipient.<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> Register and track your order, activate your Pass, deliver the Guide for Future Brides and Grooms, issue the invoice, manage any refunds or disputes.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> the execution of the sales contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and compliance with our accounting and tax obligations (Article 6.1.c).<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> Invoices and accounting documents are kept for ten years (Article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code). When the order reaches \u20ac120 or more, such as the Pack, the contract is kept for ten years from the date of delivery (Articles L. 213-1 and D. 213-1 of the French Consumer Code). Other order data is kept for three years after the expiry date of your Pass.<\/li><li><strong>Payment :<\/strong> Card payments are processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. Collection OUI never sees or stores your full card number or security code.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The codes printed in the Guide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> the access code you enter, the activation date and the account to which it is linked.<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> Verify that the code is authentic and that it is only used once, then open your access to the Pass.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> the performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> during the validity of the access, then three years for evidentiary purposes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your discount coupons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> voucher code, relevant provider, discount rate, issue date, expiry date, use date, and the member account that obtained it.<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> issue your voucher, allow the service provider to verify that it is authentic and has not already been used, display your vouchers in your space.<\/li><li><strong>What the service provider sees:<\/strong> When the service provider checks your voucher, they see your first and last name, the code, the discount rate, and the expiry date. They do not see your email address, any other vouchers, or any other personal information.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> the performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> The vouchers are valid for two years. They remain visible in your account during this period, then are kept for three years as evidence in case of dispute, before being deleted.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your favorites<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> the list of supplier records you have saved.<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> This allows you to find the service providers that interest you. The providers don&#039;t know that you&#039;ve added them to your favorites.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> the performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> until you remove them or your account is deleted.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applications from service providers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> company name, representative name, email address, telephone number, SIRET number, postal address and region, service offered, website and social networks, free presentation, as well as notes taken during the telephone interview.<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> to review the application, verify the existence of the company, organize the interview and provide a response.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the service provider (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> An unsuccessful application is deleted twelve months after our response. If it is successful, the data is added to the service provider&#039;s file described below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The service provider area, the profile and the subscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> professional account identifiers, name and contact details of the representative, company information (name, SIRET, address, region), content of the record (texts, photos, logo, category, discount offered, professional contact details, links), subscription formula, payment and invoice history, validated vouchers, record statistics.<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> publish and update the listing after review, manage the subscription and its billing, allow the validation of vouchers, provide the service provider with statistics for their listing.<\/li><li><strong>Data made public:<\/strong> The listing content is visible to all website visitors. Direct contact information and discount details are reserved for Pass holders. The service provider chooses what information to publish and can modify it from their account.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> the execution of the subscription contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and our accounting obligations (Article 6.1.c).<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> The listing is displayed for the duration of the subscription and for three years after its termination. It is removed from publication as soon as the subscription ends. Invoices are kept for ten years.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&quot;Top picks&quot; suggestions\u00ab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> your email address and what you tell us about the recommended provider (name, profession, city or region, website or Instagram account, reason for your recommendation).<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> Contact the service provider to offer them the opportunity to join the club, and keep you informed of the outcome.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> our legitimate interest in developing the club based on member recommendations (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> a maximum of twelve months after the suggestion was sent.<\/li><li><strong>For the recommended service provider:<\/strong> We only use professional contact information. During our initial contact, we inform the client where their contact information came from and how to opt out of further contact. We do not disclose the identity of the person who referred them without their consent.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges with us<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> your name, your email address, the content of your messages and our replies.<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> to answer your questions and follow up on our exchanges.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR), or the contract when your message relates to an order.<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> three years after our last exchange.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The emails we send you<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We send you emails related to your account and purchases: account creation, forgotten password, order confirmation, Pass activation, vouchers, and for service providers, application and profile tracking. These messages are part of the service and cannot be disabled as long as the account exists. Collection OUI does not send newsletters or advertising messages. If we ever offer them, it will only be with your prior consent, and each message will include an unsubscribe link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Site security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Data :<\/strong> IP address, date and time of connection, failed connection attempts.<\/li><li><strong>For what :<\/strong> to protect accounts against intrusion attempts (after five failed login attempts in fifteen minutes, the IP address is temporarily blocked), to detect abuse and to ensure the proper functioning of the site.<\/li><li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> our legitimate interest in securing the site and your data (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Duration :<\/strong> The connection attempt counter takes fifteen minutes. Our hosting provider&#039;s technical logs are kept according to its own rules, for a maximum of one year as stipulated by the regulations applicable to hosting providers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Statistics from the records<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To show service providers the interest their listing generates, we count the number of views and clicks daily (phone, email, website, social media, vouchers, favorites, photos). These counters are anonymous: they contain no data that could identify you. To avoid double-counting the same action, a temporary technical fingerprint is created and then automatically deleted after thirty minutes. Website administrators and the service provider themselves are not counted. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR) and does not use cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Backups<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site is automatically backed up so it can be restored in case of an incident. Database backups are kept for fourteen days and file backups for approximately one month, then automatically replaced with the most recent ones. They are encrypted during transfer and stored in a hosting space accessible only to the site administrator. This processing is based on our legitimate interest and our obligation to ensure data security (Articles 6.1.f and 32 of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who has access to your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within Collection OUI, only those responsible for managing the club and the website have access to your data, and only to the extent necessary. We also use technical service providers, known as &quot;subcontractors,&quot; who process certain data on our behalf, according to our instructions, and are contractually obligated to protect it (Article 28 of the GDPR):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Provider<\/th><th>Role<\/th><th>Treatment location<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>IONOS SE<\/td><td>Website and database hosting, email sending<\/td><td>European Union<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Stripe Payments Europe Ltd<\/td><td>Online payment for orders and subscriptions to service providers, fraud prevention<\/td><td>Ireland, with possible transfers to the United States<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Sellsy<\/td><td>Billing and sales management<\/td><td>France<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Google Ireland Ltd (Google Drive)<\/td><td>Site backup storage<\/td><td>European Union, with possible transfers to the United States<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The chosen carrier<\/td><td>Delivery of the Future Bride and Groom&#039;s Guide (name, address, telephone number)<\/td><td>European Union<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To combat fraud and comply with its own financial obligations, Stripe also acts as an independent data controller. Its policy can be found at [link to policy]. <a href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/fr\/privacy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stripe.com\/fr\/privacy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data may also be transmitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>to the partner service provider to whom you present a voucher, for the only information necessary for its verification (see above); ;<\/li><li>to our chartered accountant, for the bookkeeping; ;<\/li><li>to administrative or judicial authorities, when required by law.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We prioritize service providers that process data within the European Union. When certain data may be transferred to the United States (Stripe, Google), these transfers are based on the European Commission&#039;s Adequacy Decision of July 10, 2023, concerning the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which these companies adhere, and, in addition, on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. You can request a copy of these safeguards from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies and other trackers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the website to function and do not require your consent. Others are only placed with your consent, which you give or refuse in the banner that appears during your first visit. Refusing is as simple as accepting, and your refusal does not prevent you from using the website. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies subject to your agreement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Name<\/th><th>Utility<\/th><th>Duration<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>sbjs_migrations, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_current, sbjs_first, sbjs_udata, sbjs_session<\/td><td>Knowing where our customers come from (search engine, social network, partner link, etc.) allows us to measure which channels bring us orders. This information is linked to the order and remains with us.<\/td><td>Up to 6 months, 30 minutes for sbjs_session<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not use any third-party audience measurement tools, advertising cookies, or social media sharing buttons that would track you from one site to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fonts and icons on the site are hosted on our own servers: their display does not involve any exchange with a third-party service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Instructions can be found in the help section of each browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging into your account or making payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How we protect your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site is fully accessible via an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in irreversible encrypted form. Repeated login attempts are blocked, access to the administration area is restricted to a limited number of users, extensions are kept up to date, and the site is backed up regularly. Payment data never passes through our servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a data breach that poses a risk to your rights were to occur, we would report it to the CNIL within 72 hours and, where the risk is high, we would inform you directly (Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the following rights over your data at any time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>access :<\/strong> to know what data we hold about you and to obtain a copy of it; ;<\/li><li><strong>correction :<\/strong> correct inaccurate or incomplete data (most can be modified directly in your space, under &quot;My information&quot;); ;<\/li><li><strong>erasure:<\/strong> request the deletion of your data, except for those that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices; ;<\/li><li><strong>limitation:<\/strong> request the temporary freezing of the use of your data, for example while a dispute is being investigated; ;<\/li><li><strong>opposition:<\/strong> you have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, for reasons relating to your particular situation, and at any time to direct marketing; ;<\/li><li><strong>portability:<\/strong> receive the data you have provided to us in a structured and machine-readable format, or request its transmission to another organization; ;<\/li><li><strong>withdrawal of consent:<\/strong> withdraw at any time a given agreement, for example for cookies, without this calling into question what was done before; ;<\/li><li><strong>Instructions after your death:<\/strong> define guidelines on the retention, erasure and communication of your data after your death (article 85 of the Data Protection Act).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise these rights, write to <a href=\"mailto:mariage@collectionoui.fr\">mariage@collectionoui.fr<\/a> or to Collection OUI, 13 rue Albert Notari, 13730 Saint-Victoret, specifying your request and the email address associated with your account. We will only ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubt about your identity. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests; in such cases, we will notify you within the first month. Exercising your rights is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or online at [website address missing]. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnil.fr\/fr\/plaintes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cnil.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automated decisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Collection OUI does not make any decisions with legal effects concerning you based solely on automated processing, and does not engage in any profiling. All applications from service providers are reviewed by a person, including a telephone interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The club is for adults planning their wedding. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please write to us and we will delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change to this policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update this policy, particularly if we add a service or change providers. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
