DANIEL PELCAT

As a wedding photographer based in Ollioules, between Toulon and Marseille, I have been photographing weddings for 18 years in Provence, in the Var and on the French Riviera.

My approach is documentary and fine art. I seek out genuine gestures, glances, and silences, rather than staged poses. I work almost exclusively with natural light to preserve the essence of the place and the emotion of the moment. Whether it's a château facing the Sainte-Victoire mountain, a bastide in the Luberon, a vineyard in Bandol, or a villa on the Riviera, each location has its own light and rhythm, and that's what makes the work so interesting.

I travel throughout Provence and the French Riviera, and to destinations (Italy or elsewhere) when the project allows.
