On offer: an espresso bar, cappuccinos, teas, hot lattes, fresh fruit juices, iced teas, and a homemade cookie bar. Pastries can also be included. The trailer easily fits wherever you choose, with or without electricity. All the ingredients are locally sourced. The coffee is from Mexico, roasted in Aix-en-Provence, and is organic and fair trade. For your breakfasts or brunches, I adapt to your needs.
