Nicolas, a mixologist and flair bartending specialist, imagines and creates refined cocktails, as surprising in their flavors as in their presentation. Alongside him, Pamela oversees the organization and every detail, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and with a friendly atmosphere.

Together, they offer much more than just a cocktail bar: a true taste and visual experience, designed to make your wedding a unique moment.

Signature cocktails, personalized recipes, homemade syrups, freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruit, non-alcoholic creations and personalized printing on foam… Each cocktail is prepared to order, with special attention paid to the quality of the ingredients and the aesthetics.

To suit the atmosphere of your reception, Douce Ivresse has several elegant and customizable mobile bars, as well as an authentic Vespa three-wheeler with Italian charm.

From the reception drinks to the dance party, Nicolas and Pamela will accompany you with a turnkey service including everything you need: equipment, ingredients, glassware and service.
